Types of appointments available
Massage techniques can do wonders for you, but remember for some conditions it can take some time. Longstanding pain and discomfort usually needs a series of treatments. So, if you are wanting to use these natural non-invasive techniques to resolve chronic pain, be ready to plan a series of appointments, preferably at weekly intervals and be prepared to help your recovery by doing any exercises which are advised in between sessions.
ScarWork can also be a part of post operative treatment, restoring pliability to scar tissue and speeding up recovery.
Swedish Massage
Good for general wellbeing and relaxation, massage can help to improve digestion and is a great stress reliever.
Integrated Myofascial Release (MFR)
Myofascial Release (MFR) is a safe, gentle and effective hands-on treatment, which can help with chronic pain, injury and reduced mobility
If this is your first appointment, then please select 60 minute Appointment (90mins for ScarWork)
(As this will allow for treatment with some time for initial consultation, especially if you are suffering from specific problems requiring remedial skills )

Cancellation Policy
Please note, I request that 24 hours notice is given if you wish to change or cancel an appointment, this allows me to offer the space to someone who may be waiting for it. If less than 24 hours is given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the full treatment cost will be requested. If a treatment is not attended without notice then the full treatment fee is payable.

This is beneficial for anyone having the Rejuvenating Facial massage, this is a deeply relaxing treatment which aims to leave the skin looking radiant, relaxed, smooth and naturally lifted. Whilst this treatment is a wonderful treatment in itself, for even better visual results it is highly recommended that a series of weekly treatments are undertaken over the course of 4-5 weeks to cover the natural skin cell renewal cycle of 28 days.
